The Client must pay a non-refundable deposit prior to booking their session. This is non-refundable.
To cancel an order before the remainder of the price for the session or package comes out, send your request to Admin@HerPromiseCircle.com.
Once the Client has scheduled a session, they are considered set appointments and the session or package is now non-refundable. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.
Any missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
Unforseeable Circumstances Clause
If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions after one or more sessions have been completed, Her Promise Circle is committed to supporting our members. In such cases, the Client may request to put the remaining sessions on hold until they are able to continue. This allows for flexibility and ensures that the Client can resume their sessions when ready. Please note that the non-refundable deposit remains in place, but we are here to work with you and find a solution that suits your needs.
Unforseeable Circumstances Include Health Emergencies, Loss of a Loved One, Natural Disasters, Technology Issues, Family Crisis, or Hospitilizations.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
