I’ve Lived It.

I spent 10 years in critical care as a respiratory therapist—holding trauma, grief, and survival every day.

In my personal life, the effects of loss, unworthiness, and fear had a hold on me.

The pandemic nearly broke me.

I didn’t realize it at the time, but I wasn’t just physically exhausted. I was emotionally, mentally, and spiritually burnt out.

I grew up in church, but it wasn’t until this low place I allowed God to show me something that changed everything:

You can’t walk in your calling if you’re disconnected from yourself or others.

You can’t pour from a place that’s running on empty.

That’s when I stopped performing—and started healing.

That healing became Her Promise Circle.

And now, I help women do the same.
