No Refunds or Returns for Ebooks or Digital Downloads at any time. Exchanges can be suggested to Admin@HerPromiseCircle.com

The Client must pay a non-refundable deposit prior to booking their session. This is non-refundable.

Inner Circle and Empowered Elite Members who have a coaching session included in their membership will not be refunded any part of their dues if monthly coaching is not scheduled for the month. It is the responsibility of the member to schedule coaching. 

To cancel an appointment before the remainder of the price for the session or package comes out, send your request to Admin@HerPromiseCircle.com.  

Once the Client has scheduled a session, they are considered set appointments and the session or package is now non-refundable. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.

Any missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.

Unforeseeable Circumstances Clause

If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions after one or more sessions have been completed, Her Promise Circle is committed to supporting our members. In such cases, the Client may request to put the remaining sessions on hold until they are able to continue. This allows for flexibility and ensures that the Client can resume their sessions when ready. Please note that the non-refundable deposit remains in place, but we are here to work with you and find a solution that suits your needs.

Unforeseeable Circumstances Include Health Emergencies, Loss of a Loved One, Natural Disasters, Technology Issues, Family Crisis, or Hospitalizations.

1. Free Trial Period: a.If a free trial period is offered, members will have access to Her Promise Circle membership benefits for the duration of 30 days or 1 month. b. After the free trial period, the membership fee will be applicable every month.
2. Cancellation During Free Trial: a. Members who wish to cancel during the free trial period will have until the end of the month to enjoy membership benefits. b. No charges will be applied if cancellation is made within the free trial period.
3. Subscription Without Free Trial: a. For members subscribing to membership dues without a free trial, the membership fee will be automatically collected each month. b. Payment grants access to all membership benefits for the respective month.
4. Cancellation Without Free Trial:a. Members can cancel their subscription at any time, but access to membership benefits will be available until the date of the next scheduled payment. b. Once the next payment is due, access to membership benefits will cease.
5. Non-Refundable Membership Dues: a. All membership dues, once paid, are non-refundable. b. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to early cancellation, dissatisfaction, or non-usage.

We understand that situations can arise that may affect your ability to make payments. To ensure the integrity of our membership system, please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

• Missed Payments: If a payment is missed, you will receive a reminder notice. If payment is not received within 14 days from the due date, your membership will be canceled, and access to your account will be revoked.
• Reactivation: You are welcome to resubscribe and regain access to our services once your membership has been canceled due to missed payments, unless otherwise notified.
• Exceptions: If you have extenuating circumstances or require special consideration, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

By subscribing to Her Promise Circle, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organization reserves the right to modify these policies with prior notice. Members are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any updates or changes.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

1. Enrollment Fees Non-Refundable: a. The enrollment fees for the Sister Circle Mentorship Program are non-refundable. b. Once the enrollment fee is paid, no refunds will be made for any reason.
2. No Refunds for Any Reason: a. Our policy strictly prohibits refunds for the Sister Circle Mentorship Program. b. Regardless of the circumstances or reasons, no refunds will be issued once the enrollment fee has been processed.
3. Commitment to Mentorship: a. Participants in the Sister Circle Mentorship Program acknowledge and agree that the enrollment fee is a commitment to the program. b. The organization invests resources based on the enrollment, and, therefore, no refunds can be granted.
4. Request for Alternate Quarter: a. If a mentee is unable to participate in the quarter for which they applied, they may email admin@herpromisecircle.com to request enrollment for a subsequent quarter that works for them. b. No additional enrollment fee will be required for the rescheduled quarter.
5. Clear Understanding: a. Prospective mentees are encouraged to thoroughly review the program details and commitment before enrolling. b. By submitting the enrollment fee, individuals affirm their understanding and acceptance of the non-refundable nature of the enrollment fees.
6. Policy Updates: a. This refund policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated in advance. b. Participants are advised to stay informed about the program policies.
