Meet Michal | Founder & CEO
Meet Michal Renee, the founder, and CEO of Her Promise Circle. With a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care and a B.S. R.C., and her Masters Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching. Michal is a professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work.
After facing her own life lows and career burnout as a Registered Respiratory Therapist working in critical care, Michal realized the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle physically, mentally, and spiritually. Her personal journey led her to found Her Promise Circle, where she is dedicated to helping women learn to love themselves by recognizing the love God has for them.
Michal is passionate about empowering women to find their God-given purpose and pursue it diligently while maintaining a balance with their own well-being. Her approach is holistic, recognizing the importance of addressing not only the physical but also the emotional and spiritual aspects of a person's health.
As a leader, Michal brings a unique combination of professionalism and personal connection to her work. Her background in healthcare and her own journey of self-discovery has given her a deep understanding of the challenges that women face in today's fast-paced world.
Through Her Promise Circle Women's Wellness Community , Michal is committed to creating a supportive community where women can connect with each other, find inspiration, and work towards achieving their goals.
In all that she does, Michal is guided by her faith and a desire to serve others. Her warm and engaging personality makes her an approachable and relatable leader, someone who truly cares about the women she works with. With Michal at the helm, Her Promise Circle is poised to make a real difference in women's lives everywhere.
Destiny
Meet Destiny | Brand Ambassador Coordinator
My name is Destiny Dove, and I am a proud member of Her Promise Circle and currently serving as the Director of the Marketing Committee. I ironically found out about HPC one day through carelessly scrolling on TikTok, where I then discovered HPC’s Bible study group.
During this time, I was in desperate need of a faith-based community where I could grow in Christ and have genuine support. From the first time I joined, I never stopped attending.
Becoming a member has been a great blessing to my overall life, especially with my relationship with God. In addition to my role in HPC, I am an HBCU graduate with a bachelor's degree in mass communications, with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising. I thoroughly enjoy exercising my degree and passion through making content on social media. Whether it's working with kids or spending time with friends and family, I strive to inspire and be a positive influence on others.
Brittanei
Meet Brittanei | Chief Prayer Officer
A Daughter of God, Disciple of Jesus Christ, and a Friend of the Holy Spirit. Her journey through faith is one of profound transformation and dedication. As a teacher by trade, an evangelist by nature, and a worshiper above all else, Brittanei's life is a testament to her unwavering love for the Lord, a love she has carried with her since childhood. However, it was seven years ago, upon moving to her current city, that her understanding of Jesus, discipleship, and the joy of sharing the gospel deepened significantly.
In her heart, Brittanei harbors a fervent desire to see women and children liberated from life's strongholds, guiding them to grow deeper in their relationship with God. She believes that intercession and interconnection are intertwined, which is why she passionately leads the prayer ministry at HPC. Prayer and praise have been her lifelines, and she dreams of seeing her sisters walk in the freedom and power that God bestows upon them.
A few years ago, Brittanei's life took a pivotal turn. While scrolling through TikTok, she stumbled upon HPC, and the decision to engage with this community has been life-changing. Through HPC, she has found a space where she can bring her full self, gaining community, accountability, and an unwavering sense of belonging. Within this nurturing environment, Brittanei has never felt judged; instead, she has always been understood and appreciated.
Her love for HPC is deeply rooted in the genuine and welcoming atmosphere created by Michal, whose gifting and dedication have inspired many. Michal strives to cultivate a space where individuals can operate in their gifts with boldness and authority, and for Brittanei, this has been nothing short of empowering. Through HPC, she continues to flourish, carrying her mission of faith, freedom, and fellowship forward with grace and conviction.

Meet Fristine | Executive Assistant and Administrator
My name is Fristine Ilandag, a 26-year-old woman hailing from the Philippines. My life has been transformed by the power of God, and now on a mission to help other women experience the same transformation. My journey began in darkness, but through the grace of God, I found my way into the light.
Growing up in a poor family in the province, life was always a struggle for me. We didn't have electricity at home and my parents had no stable jobs, which meant we often struggled to make ends meet. Despite these hardships, I was determined to improve my life and enrolled in college, hoping to find a better job and help support my family.
However, college wasn't easy, and I found myself struggling to keep up with the demands of my studies. I had a group of close friends who constantly talked about God and the Bible. I didn't share their beliefs and found their conversations irritating, so I often went out with other friends to distract myself from my problems. Despite my efforts to avoid it, one day, one of my friends prayed for me, and someone else shared the gospel with me. I didn't expect to be moved by their words, but as they spoke about God's love and forgiveness, I found myself overcome with emotion. I began to cry uncontrollably, feeling as though I was being hugged and comforted by God himself.
That experience changed my life forever. I started to attend church regularly and became involved in the ministry. Through my faith, I found a sense of purpose and direction in life. God blessed me with supportive friends and a new community that helped me navigate the challenges I faced.
Looking back on my journey, I can see how God's love and grace have been with me every step of the way. Even in the darkest moments, when I felt lost and alone, God was always there, guiding me toward a better future. Thanks to my newfound faith, I am now more hopeful and confident about what the future holds.
I am committed to empowering women to live their best lives. Through Her Promise Circle Women's Wellness Community , I found a platform to share my story and encourage other women to find hope in the midst of their struggles. My relationship with God is the foundation of my life's purpose. I believe that God has called me to be a light in the darkness and to share the love and hope of Jesus with those around me. I am committed to living a life that honors God and serves others, and I feel privileged to be able to use my experiences to help other women find their way to a better life.
